Artwork must be 2 dimensional and 8.5" X 11".

Please complete this form and media release prior to dropping off art.

If the piece sells, OUT Maine will facilitate the sale and mail a check payable to the youth artist.

Note: OUT Maine will add $25 to the price. This is a handling fee that goes to OUT Maine. The youth artist will recieve 100% of the price named below.

Because the participant is under 18, we require their parent/guardian to sign the media release.
