Identity Based Programming

NAMI Multnomah strives to offer identity-specific programming, and, as a peer-based organization, we invite people to share similar lived experiences in our programs. The demographics section below is intended to help us learn more about participant identities as they relate to our existing programs. Please only respond with the demographics that you feel comfortable sharing with us. This information will only be used to inform you about upcoming programs. NOTE: Peer refers to an individual living with a mental health condition.
