Donation Request - Fundraisers for Schools & Organizations

Please use this form to request a donation for your upcoming fundraising event in support of your school or organization. The Wenham Museum is happy to donate four (4) visitor passes to the museum and a book from the Museum Shop that can be raffled, auctioned, or packaged with other items to raise funds for your organization. Please complete this form and a member of the staff will be in touch when your items are ready for pick-up during normal business hours.
