Thank you for your interest in joining the third cohort of the Project Citizen Research Program. Your involvement is critical to developing important reseach in the civic education field.

Your involvement in the research component will also pave the way for futher involvmenet with MCCE and its partners through professional learning in the future. We hope this is the beginning of years working together.

Project Citizen Research Requirements

By participating in the Project Citizen Research Program, I agree to the following (please check all boxes to show your agreement):

Take teacher content pre and post-tests per the Georgetown University research study

Administer student knowledge pre-tests in the beginning of my course and administer student knowledge post-tests at the end of my course to the same students

Collect, provide, and share information and stories from my and my students' experiences

Stipend Eligibility

I understand I will be paid a $100 stipend for participating in the Research Program. I understand payment will occur only upon completion of all the requirements of the research study and at the end of the 2022-2023 school year.

Administrative Support

My administration is aware of and supportive of my involvement in the Program. MCCE will provide a letter to share with your administration for participation and to support you through the project requirements.
