DVIP and RVAP Volunteer Application

With this form you are indicating your interest in volunteering with DVIP and RVAP. Volunteers have an opportunity to pursue either direct service or indirect service. Direct service requires a commitment contract and minimum of 6 hours each week including some on-call commitments.
