December 5th- December 22nd Holiday Market
2024 Holiday Market will be 12 days at 924 Davis!
The Holiday Market includes all Mediums, focusing on Holiday Gifts.
As is our norm, space and time is limited so we would like a broad assortment of proven performers and new work to celebrate "Giving the gift of Art" this holiday season. As time and sales permit, we will ask for replenishment of work by reaching out to each artist individually. *Reminder that your membership must be active to participate.
Original works - 1 -2 piece per artist for hanging should be submitted. Hanging pieces must be framed and wired or on unstretched canvas that can be stapled to the wall.
Quantities for smaller works listed below is an estimate based on the past 2 year's of market sales and will be coordinated with each artist upon registration.
- Hanging work 1-2 pc per artist
- Printed works 12pc maximum and must be matted or in cello bag for print bins and easy display.
- Jewelry 12-24 pcs
- Ceramics 12-18 pcs
- Wearables, textiles 12 pcs

DEADLINE: ALL WORK must be entered into Shopevanstonmade.org by November 16th to be part of our teaser promotional campaign.
All work submitted to the pop up must be in Shopevanstonmade.org before drop off begins. DROP OFF at 924 Davis 12/3 from 12-6p or 12/4 from 9a-4p.
Pick up dates post market TBD.
All work in the Pop Up will be featured and highlighted online and on our website. Please make sure that all your work listed in Shopevanstonmade.org is updated on the shop, as this year participating artist's will be listed as "holiday market feature artists" and featured frequently on posters and social media. Requests for more work will be based on available space and sales AND will continue throughout the duration of the Holiday Market!
Fee for participation is $50 to help cover rent, plus promotional and operational expenses. As per standard arrangements with ShopEvanstonmade.org sales, Evanston Made retains 30% of sales, collects and pays Illinois sales tax and payments to artists will be made by 12/31/24.
