Return Policy *

All purchases from Sounds Good are final and nonrefundable. If for some reason you find that you are unable to participate in a Sounds Good activity for which you’ve registered, you can: (1) keep that purchase as a credit toward a future Sounds Good session (funds are good for up to one year from purchase date); (2) transfer the tuition to another person; (3) turn your tuition amount into a tax-deductible contribution. Media Release *

I consent to the use by Sounds Good Choir and its designees of my image, voice, or both in any rehearsal, class or concert video, audio, or photography with the understanding that these materials may be used for fundraising, advertising, publicity, or other purposes. In addition, I waive all claims to compensation or damages based on the use of my image or voice, or both, by Sounds Good Choir. I also waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photograph or video or audio recording. I understand that this consent is perpetual and is binding on me, my heirs and assigns and may only be revoked in writing.

COVID Policy *

As part of my Registration, I also acknowledge and agree to the following: (1) There are known and potentially unknown risks of contracting the contagious disease commonly known as COVID (SARS-Cov-2)(COVID-19) as well as other respiratory diseases when singing in a group setting. (2) I have a personal responsibility to maintain a caring and safe environment for myself and other participants at rehearsals and performances and to stay up to date with recommended vaccines and other treatment to the extent that I am comfortable. (3) I recognize that medical and scientific knowledge in this area is continuing and potentially changing; and, therefore, I agree to abide by further recommendations from the CDC adopted by Sounds Good Choir. (4) I voluntarily assume the risk, notwithstanding the efforts and cooperation of others, that I may be exposed to COVID and other respiratory diseases by attending rehearsals and performances. (5) Lastly, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge and hold harmless Sounds Good Choir, its employees, agents, representatives, and volunteers from all liability, claims, actions, damages, costs, and expenses of any kind arising out of my participation in Sounds Good Choir activities whether a COVID or other respiratory infection occurs before, during, or after my participation.
