Holiday Bazaar

December 7, 2019, 10am-3pm. Event will be held at Brownsburg East Middle School Cafeterium, Door 12, Brownsburg, IN 46112

Vendors/crafters, your application and fee are due immediately to hold your spot. Complete the following information.

1. All BOAA officers, volunteers and BEMS and anyone associated with them, are hereby released of any and all liabilities for loss, damages or injury to person and persons. The undersigned person(s) assumes full responsibility for the supervision/safety of those working in his/her booth.

2. The vender/person agrees to abide by the laws and rules.

3. The vendor/person agrees to have their table set up by 9:45am (15 min. before the event begins). Setup begins at 8:00 and event starts at 10:00am and you agree to keep your booth attended during the event and not remove or pack up before 3:00pm. Please enter through Door #12.

4. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN OUT.

5. Please send check to: BOAA, PO BOX 475, BROWNSBURG, IN 46112 or pay online.

7. We are asking each vendor to supply an item with their business card attached. This will be going toward the door prizes.

8. We reserve the right to refuse an application, will return the money and send you an email.

9. Six foot long tables will be supplied for you in the BEMS Cafetorium, if needed. Your space is 8x8 and will be marked upon your arrival.

10. Please mark application accordingly if you need electricity or end cap. There will be an additional fee of $5 for each of these requests. There are only so many electrical and end caps available
