If you opted for a payment plan to cover your registration in the 2023-2024 Resilience & Repair program, please use this form to designate and process your regularly scheduled payments. As a reminder, the suggested program fee is a sliding scale between $250-$550, at your discretion, but you may designate to pay any amount. In addition to confirming the total amount you wish to pay for the program, please be sure to specify the recurring payment amount and preferred schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). Please also specify your requested recurring payment end date so that we can ensure you pay the proper amount and you won't be overcharged.
