- Marinated Tomato Salad: Red wine vinegar, Olive oil, Herbs
- Farm Vegetable Salad: Mix of Land’s Sake Farm Vegetables, Buttermilk Vinaigrette

- Cherry tomato & cherry tart with crème fraiche
