Note to Food Vendors: Weld County may be changing their requirements for food vendors; if so we will inform you as soon as possible.


Participation Requirements (Non-food Vendor)

Please note the following documents are REQUIRED by the Town of Erie to participate in Special Events including this BBN HISPANIC HERITAGE celebration.
These documents must be received by BBN at least 6 weeks prior to the event. 

Non-food Vendor 
1. CO Sales Tax License 
2. Certificate of Insurance (COI) Additionally naming the "Town of Erie". 
 
 
Participation Requirements (Food Truck -Mobile Unit) )

Please note the following documents are REQUIRED by the Town of Erie to participate in Special Events including this BBN HISPANIC HERITAGE celebration.

These documents must be received by BBN at least 6 weeks prior to the event. 

Food Truck (Mobile Unit) 
1. CO Sales Tax License
2. Certificate of Insurance (COI) Additionally naming the "Town of Erie". 
3.  Mobile Retail Food License (licenses from any county in Colorado are valid)
Participation Requirements Food Vendor (Temporary Food Establishment)

Please note the following documents are REQUIRED by the Town of Erie to participate in Special Events including this BBN HISPANIC HERITAGE celebration.

These documents must be received by BBN at least 6 weeks prior to the event. 

Food Vendor (Temporary Food Establishment) 
1. CO Sales Tax License
2. Certificate of Insurance (COI) Additionally naming the "Town of Erie". 
3. Temporary Event Retail Food Establishment License (licenses must be for Weld County)
Participation Requirements Non-profit- NOT selling any products, services or food

Please note the following documents are REQUIRED by the Town of Erie to participate in Special Events including this HISPANIC HERITAGE celebration.

These documents must be received by BBN at least 6 weeks prior to the event. 

Non-profit - NOT selling any products, services or food 
1. Certificate of Insurance (COI) Additionally naming the "Town of Erie". 
2. IRS Letter of Determination
 
Participation Requirements Non-profit- SELLING any products, services or food

Please note the following documents are REQUIRED by the Town of Erie to participate in Special Events including this BBN HISPANIC HERITAGE celebration.

Non-profit SELLING any products, services or food
1. Certificate of Insurance (COI) Additionally naming the "Town of Erie". 
2. IRS Letter of Determination
3. If selling products, CO Sales Tax License will also be required.

Please note that all tent vendors will have a 10x10 space (unless otherwise discussed with BBN). BBN does NOT provide any equipment / booth needs or electricity.

Logistic Acknowledgements

Any arrivals after 12 pm may not get their assigned area. Please confirm that you will be arriving between 10:30pm and 12:30 pm on September 22nd.
All participants are responsible for making sure their space is cleared out and cleaned up, including any trash on the street in your space. Please confirm.

The cost to participate in this event for all vendors regardless of what they sell (product, service, food, etc.) is a $100.00 non-refundable donation to Being Better Neighbors. For registered 501(c)3 non-profits the cost to participate is a $50.00 non-refundable donation to Being Better Neighbors

Thank you for filling out BBN's Hispanic Heritage application. Once we have reviewed your application, we will email you acceptance and payment information.  In an effort to create a diverse event and have a variety of booth participants, not all applicants can be accepted. In this case, an email informing the applicant of placement on our waitlist will be sent. Applicants will be informed of acceptance off our waitlist if booth spots become available.
