Transgender Health Fair 2023 - Volunteer
We need volunteers to
set up tables,
greet visitors,
clean up after.

Set up team
Rachel & I will be arriving at about 11:30 am. Volunteers will be needed to set up tables beginning at that time. Tables need to be ready for exhibitors at about 12n. Index cards are to be placed on the tables identifying assigned tables. Assist exhibitors if needed.
11:30am - 1pm shift
Hospitality team
Event hours are 1 to 4 pm. Volunteer stations at each entrance to greet visitors and hand out programs, and wristbands. Volunteer needed for TGMI table.
12:30pm - 2:30pm shift
2:30pm - 4:00pm shift
Clean up team
After the event volunteers are needed to remove tables and restore gallery to normal.
4:45pm - 5:00pm shift
