WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT FOR FREEDOM RIDE 2022 – June 25, 2022

First and foremost, I understand that operating a motorcycle and/or a motor vehicle is an activity that precludes and contains considerable risk. I hereby agree that I release and hold harmless against and indemnify Chains Interrupted, its founders, officers, board members, directors, volunteers, sponsors and agents from any and all claims (including claims of death, bodily injury, illness, property damage or loss however caused arising from or related to the Freedom Ride with Chains Interrupted even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others.

I hereby release and hold harmless Chains Interrupted, its founders, officers, board members, directors, volunteers, sponsors and agents (collectively “releasees”) with respect to any and all bodily injury and/or other loss resulting from my participation in the Freedom Ride with Chains Interrupted, whether as passenger or operator of a motorcycle, or a driver or passenger of a motor vehicle, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise during any respect associated with riding upon my own or my rented motorcycle or motor vehicle.

By payment and/or my signature on this form, I certify that I do not have any physical or mental condition or disability that would create a hazard for me or my fellow tour participants.

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and in possession of a valid vehicle and/or motorcycle operator’s license which is endorsed on my valid driver’s license.  If under 18 years of age, parent/guardian must sign.

The motorcycle or vehicle I am using for this event is insured by the guidelines of the state of which I reside.

I, the ride participant, be it motor vehicle or motorcycle operator or passenger, have read this waiver and release agreement and will abide by all terms as stated herein or published within Chains Interrupted printed material.  I hereby agree this waiver or release shall be binding upon and enforceable against me, my personal representatives, spouse, assigns, heirs and next of kin without limitation.

I affirm that I have not received or relied on any oral or written representation of Chains Interrupted as a basis for executing this waiver and release. I have read and understand the terms of this release and waiver of responsibility.

I am about to sign and further understand that Chains Interrupted cannot accept any ride participant, be it operator or passenger, without this duly signed release and waiver form.

I have signed it freely and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance or guarantee being made to me, I intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

If passenger is under 18 and riding with a parent/guardian. Parent/guardian must sign.
