Science Tavern: The Very Important Matter of Ice Cream

We all scream for ice cream! But have you ever really thought about what it is? A liquid? A solid? A glass? Come and learn the physics of your favorite treat.

We promise the only headache will come from the ice cream, not from the science.

We are doing this in person, outdoors, with help from our friends at Butter & Cream. Get your ice cream and then meet us at Decatur Square to dig in!
