2024 Underground Holiday Market Vendor Application - Waitlist

After June 28, 2024 all applications will be added to the waitlist.

In 2023, we took over 20 vendors from the waitlist. Waitlist vendors are contacted all the way up until the event. A lot of things happened between July and November.

Please fill out the form below to submit your interest in having a booth at the Underground Holiday Market 2024. Applications must be received before June 28, 2024. Applications submitted after June 28, 2024, will be put on a waitlist. If selected, we will send a confirmation email out starting July 30, 2024 confirming your place in the event. Your booth fee is then due by October 12, 2024.

Please note - that payment is not taken now. Payment is taken upon acceptance into the market and will be due before October 12, 2024. Booth fees are non-refundable after October 1, 2024.

Standard booth space (single-sided) 10’w x 10’d - $165

Double-sided (walkway on two sides), on an end of a row, or a corner, space 10'w x 10'd - $185

Double sized booth space: 20’w x 10’d - $330

Uncovered booth spaces: 10’w x 10’d - $135. Vendors must provide their own canopy and weights. This space will be located in the uncovered area on the plaza.

The organization/individual completing this registration agrees to hold ShoreLake Arts, City of Shoreline, City of Lake Forest Park, Shoreline Farmers Market, their agents, employees, and officials, while acting within the scope of their duties, harmless from all causes of action, demands and claims, including the cost of their defense, arising in favor of the organization, individual, or third parties on account of personal injuries, death or damage to property arising out of activities at the premises and in any way connected with the facilities or in any way resulting from the willful or negligent acts of omissions of the organization, its agents, employees or representatives.
