A few details

A 10x20 (10' front) Craft booth is $1500. A 10x10 craft booth is $1000. All craft booths will include 2 tickets, 1 parking space and camping from Thursday to Monday, this will be either behind your booth or in vendor camping area. Food Booths have a 10x20 space for $3000. This includes 7 tickets, 2 parking. All food vendor camping will be in the vendor camp area only. In keeping with the tradition of supporting our local nonprofit community, all food booths will be operated by a nonprofit organization or will be required to have a letter of support agreement with a local (Humboldt or Mendocino) Nonprofit organization.

Non-Profit Partnership Agreement

This form will be required by any commercial food booth applicant prior to acceptance

__________________________________________________________________. We agree to donate 20% of our net profit to this local non-profit from food sales at Reggae on the River 2024, by no later than September 1st, 2024.

We understand that failure to comply with this agreement will result in exclusion as a vendor from future Reggae on the River and other Mateel events and festivals. Additionally, we understand that if payment to this Non-Profit is not honored by the date listed above, we are responsible for all legal fees and court costs that may be incurred in pursuit of this legally binding agreement.

Agreement and Release from Liability

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to the Annual Reggae on the River Music Festival to participate in vending at County Line Ranch, 240 Cooks Valley Rd, Piercy, CA 95587. I am aware that hazards exist and I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved. I hereby agree to accept any and all risks of injury or death, or theft, and verify this statement by signing this agreement. As consideration for being permitted by the Mateel Community Center, Inc. & Hot Milk Entertainment to participate in these activities and use their facilities, I hereby agree that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of The Mateel Community Center, Inc. or any of its affiliated organizations for injury or damage resulting from the negligence or other acts, howsoever caused or any of its affiliated organizations as a result of my participation in the Reggae on the River Music festival. I hereby release The Mateel Community Center, Inc. and any of its affiliated organizations from all actions, claims or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for injury or damage resulting from my participation in Reggae on the River Music Festival.

I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware this is a release of liability and a contract between The Mateel Community Center, Inc. and/or its affiliated organizations and by checking the box I am signing it of my own free will.
