Lexington Lyceum Community Conversation: Growing Up in a Climate Crisis: How are Young People Responding?

Please join us on April 30, 2024, for a Community Conversation on what it's like for youth growing up in a climate crisis.

Time: 6:30-9 pm (a pre-conversation activity will begin at 6:30 pm for those who can make it; the conversation at 7 pm)

Location: Follen Church Community Center, 755 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington, MA

How are young people driving change, staying resilient, and keeping hope alive in the face of climate crisis?

Join this interactive conversation and hear high school students and young professionals talk about how they feel, what they think, and what they’re doing about climate change.

Roaming Buffalo of the Wabanaki People will lead a pre-conversation centering activity at 6:30 pm, drawing on Indigenous wisdom and teachings, and then facilitate the discussion circles.

Sponsors: Lexington Lyceum, Lexington Observer, LexCan, LexFarm, Sustainable Lexington Committee, First Parish Climate Action Team, LPS Green Teams, and Mass Audubon

You will receive an email that will serve as your entry ticket when you submit this form.
