2023 Cabin Rental - Thursday, Oct. 5th - Sunday, Oct. 8th

We are thrilled to have you join us for the Camp Tavor Rental Program. Upon registration, you will receive a comprehensive guide detailing all of the important information you will need to know for your stay at Tavor.

• Cabin (Tzrif) Rental - $400 plus taxes/fees
• Each cabin rental includes access to a private restroom (half of a camp-style bathhouse with sinks, at least one toilet, and shower area), picnic table, and fire pit. Rentals include access to campgrounds, trails, beach, and watercraft. Rentals include dining space under a large pavilion or the camp dining hall (chadar ochel) in inclement weather. 
• Each rental group can be no more than 6 people with no more than 4 adults (18 years of age or older). For example, you can have 2 adults and 4 children or 4 adults and 2 children, but you cannot have 6 adult
• Each tzrif (cabin) has at least three sets of single camp-style bunk beds, lighting, electrical outlets, and shelving. Rental guests need to supply linen, dishes, cookware, and food. 

You may coordinate with other rental groups if interested in visiting Tavor with a larger group. If you'd like to rent more than 1 cabin for the same rental period, you will need to complete an additional reservation form for each cabin.

There are only 6 cabin rentals available per weekend (limited because of private bathroom availability).

The rental period is set from Thursday, 1 pm EST through Sunday, 1 pm EST. 

You can choose to be at Tavor for any time during that period, but the rental rate cannot be prorated. 

Please note that space is limited and will be reserved on a first come first serve basis for groups who complete registration and payment.

**You must complete the payment at the time of submission of this form. If you do NOT complete payment your reservation will not be completed.**

The Tavor team has developed a very comprehensive set of guidelines to ensure health, safety, and enjoyment during your stay at Camp Tavor. After registration, we will be in touch with paperwork ahead of your reservation as we adjust language based on evolving CDC recommendations. Those documents will include:

• Critical guidelines to ensure a healthy and safe retreat at Camp Tavor. 

• A Guidelines Agreement form for each member of your rental group to sign to indicate that you have fully read and agreed to all of the rental program policies and procedures. 

• A waiver is to be completed for each member of your rental group. A parent will need to complete a waiver for their minor child(ren).
