Please consider making a donation to the Hawai'i Health & Harm Reduction Center's Kua'ana Project. Kua'ana is the Hawaiian term for older sibling. In the ohana (family) structure, the kua'ana take the responsibility for caring for the kaina (younger sibling) and guides them towards reaching their personal goals.  The Kua῾ana Project provides resources in collaboration with other service providers for the transgender communities of Hawai῾i.
