Help AFO staff kick off the largest industry event of the year! All volunteers will receive free admission to the event. Learn more about the event honoring Jon Schleuning here.

All volunteer positions will occur in person on Wednesday, October 9th and Thursday, October 10th at the Oregon Convention Center in the Portland Ballroom.

Please select one or more volunteer slots below. All volunteer positions will occur in person on Wednesday, October 9th and Thursday, October 10th at the Oregon Convention Center. All volunteers will receive one free ticket to the event.

Wednesday, OCT 9th

4:00-7:00pm - materials prep and placement at tables

Thursday, OCT 10th

4:45-5:45pm - Directional Assistance (assist guests in locating ballroom)

5:45-6:30pm - Directional Assistance (assist guests in locating ballroom)

4:30-6:30pm - General Event Registration (check in guests)

5:00-6:15pm - Hype Sales (Encourage people to purchase raffle items!)

6:15-6:45pm - Ballroom Directional Assistance (Help attendees find their tables before the dinner and program)

5:00-5:30 (training) and 7:30(ish) pm - Auction Spotters and 8:15(ish) - Paddle Raise Bid Recorders

8:45-9:30pm - Event Checkout and Strike/Cleanup
