Join UF Hillel and Kulanu to hear from Rom El-Hai. Rom is a 29 year old Israeli from Netanya who is an insurance sales agent and a physical trainer. On October 7th, Rom escaped the Nova massacre with two of his friends.
Under heavy fire, Rom and his friends managed to escape to the fields and found shelter in a green house. After hours of hiding with no water or food the green house became a hot box. They had to make a decision: go back out to the fields, where they can still hear the terrorists, or stay and slowely die from dehydration.
