The Cherish Freedom Foundation was incorporated in Virginia on 25 February 2010 and has its registered office at 1006 Cameron Street, Alexandria, Virginia. The Foundation obtained IRS approval under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code on 25 February 2011 such that donations to the Foundation are tax deductible for US taxpayers.
