This class is open to adults and children 8+ with accompanying adult.

To register a child you will be accompanying:

• Fill out the form with the adult’s contact information and add the child’s name and age in the appropriate box.
• Choose the custom amount option in the payment field, and enter the total amount you wish to pay for this workshop (must be at least 2 x materials fee).
• Check the appropriate tuition scholarship request box if applicable.

Scholarships are available for tuition.

TO REQUEST A FULL TUITION SCHOLARSHIP and pay the materials fee online now, choose "pay $2.50 now, request scholarship" and check the "request full tuition scholarship" box. 

TO REQUEST A PARTIAL TUITION SCHOLARSHIP and pay the remainder online now, enter the amount you wish to pay for this class plus $2.50 materials fee in the box and check "partial tuition scholarship".

To pay full or partial tuition/materials fee by check, choose "pay $0 now" and mail a check to MHHA, PO Box 608, Alstead, NH 03602 to hold your spot. Please note the name of the class on your check.

If you wish to pay by check, choose the "$0 now, mail check" option above. If you are requesting a full or partial tuition scholarship and wish to pay the remainder/materials fee by check, choose the "$0 now, mail check" option, and check the appropriate "request scholarship" box.

Mail your check to Chase's Mill, PO Box 608, Alstead, NH 03602 or bring it with you to class. Please note the class name on your check.
