In return for being allowed to participate in Freedom City volunteer activities and all related activities, including any activities incidental to such participation ("volunteer activities"), the above named volunteer releases and agrees not to sue Freedom City, it's officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, sponsors, agents, and affiliates, from all present and future claims that may be made by me, my family, estate, heirs, and/or assigns for property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death arising as a result of my participation in the volunteer activities wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur.

Freedom City has my permission to photograph and/or videotape me and use the images and videos publicly to promote Freedom City and partner organizations. I understand the images and videos may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. I also herby grant permission to Freedom City and partner organizations to use my name in any electronic, print communications and publications, including but not limited to Freedom City's and partner organization's websites, marketing materials, or social media.

Freedom City, Inc. ("Freedom City") prohibits and does not tolerate sexual abuse in the workplace or in any other organization- related activity. Freedom City provides procedures for employees, volunteers, family members, board members, scholars, victims of sexual abuse, or others to report sexual abuse and disciplinary penalties for those who commit such acts. No employee, volunteer, scholar, or third party, no matter his or her title or position, has the authority to commit or allow sexual abuse.
