Unclaimed shares will be donated to hunger relief. (The you-pick portion of your weekly share may still be picked any time during farmstand hours, at your convenience.) 2024 CSA Agreements

Schedule agreement - NEW IN 2024

I understand that my share is available for pickup ONLY during my selected pickup day and time, and that day change requests will not be accomodated. If I can't pick up my share, I will send a friend or family member to pick up for me. I understand that unclaimed shares will be donated to Land’s Sake’s hunger relief partners, without exception.

Shareholder agreement

I am committing to the 2024 growing season at Land's Sake, and agree to share the risks and rewards of the CSA Program. I acknowledge that inherent risks in farming, including weather and pests, may affect production of certain crops. As a shareholder, I agree to share those risks with Land’s Sake. I understand that this purchase is non-refundable.

Farm safety agreement

While visiting Land’s Sake Farm, there are inherent risks, including but not limited to: exposure to the elements, biological irritants (e.g., poison ivy), insects, vehicles, livestock. Land's Sake makes a reasonable effort to manage these risks and emphasize safe farm behavior. I understand and accept these risks and will hold Land’s Sake, Inc. and the Town of Weston harmless for any injuries suffered in the course of activities at the farm.
