After the First Draft: Feedback and Revision
You’ve drafted your novel or other writing project and are ready to show it to trusted readers. Exciting, right? Well, yes and no. Gaining critiques and processing them in a helpful way can be challenging. We’ll discuss how to absorb critical feedback, what to look for in critiques, how to handle conflicting advice, how to stay true to your vision, and how to remain positive so you can revise and improve your project. Perfect for writers who’ve drafted a NaNoWriMo novel or anyone who could use some guidance as they undergo the critique process and aim to revise.
