As a humanitarian organization, MedWish is committed to providing aid to all people in need worldwide, regardless of political or religious affiliation. Over the last few months, MedWish has been assessing the needs and aid efforts on the ground in Israel and Gaza.
In October, MedWish prepared several boxes of wound care and trauma supplies that were delivered to a hospital in southern Israel.
Shipping into Gaza is more complex, but we are currently working with Anera to prepare a shipment of aid that will be sent to Gaza in the upcoming weeks. The included supplies will support non-governmental clinics facilitating medical care - specifically Anera’s mobile clinic team that is providing pediatric, gynecological, dentistry, and general medical services for vulnerable populations.
MedWish will continue to work with our recipients in the region to support humanitarian efforts in the face of this complex and evolving emergency. Thank you for supporting these efforts to allow us to waive our processing fees and cover shipping and customs-related expenses.
