2024 Arts in the Park Food Vendor Registration

Location: Pfingst Animal Acres Park - 17435 Brookside Blvd NE, Lake Forest Park, WA 98155

Important: To participate in this event, all food vendors must comply with the City of Lake Forest Park compost policy. Businesses serving or selling food must replace single-use plastic service ware with approved compostable or wood items for takeout and to-go orders.

Fees:

Food Truck - $75

Drink / Beverage Cart - $50

By submitting this payment, I agree that:

1) I will be present the whole event, 2:00 - 6:00 PM

2) I will arrive by 1:00 PM.

3) No music may be played during event hours.

4) There is NO smoking or vaping on the event grounds.

5) You must comply with the City of Lake Forest Park's food service and packaging requirements including commercially compostable service ware.

6) You must be willing to adapt to any changing COVID-19 guidelines as per the State of WA and the CDC.

7) I hold harmless the ShoreLake Arts, Shoreline Community College, Shoreline School District, City of Shoreline, City of Lake Forest Park, Shoreline Farmers Market, Shoreline Chamber of Commerce, and King Co. for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of my participation in this event. I also agree to the recording, broadcast and/or photographing of my exhibit at the Holiday Market for use by the ShoreLake Arts for public information, promotion, and fundraising purposes. I further agreet that the ShoreLake Arts may use my name, likeness, and biography for the above purposes.

8) Cancellations: No refunds will be issued after July 10, 2024
