Future Leaders Academy: Mentor Application
Welcome!
We are currently accepting Mentor applications for the 2025-2026 Future Leaders Academy.
We focus on values as the foundation of great leadership of self and others. Mentorship goals our grounded in the values of each young leader mentee.
Mentors begin the onboarding/training process in March 2025 and are introduced to their Future Leader mentee in May 2025
This is a facilitated mentoring experience, meaning that we support mentors with regular checks-in, monthly mentorship prompts to keep your mentorship discussions fresh, and other elements that enrich your experience as a mentor.
On a Saturday in June 2025, we'll have an in-person kick-off event for the mentorship that continues for 12 months.
Mentors are expected to meet with their mentee at least one time each month (in-person or virtual) through June 2026. Our in-person program graduation celebration will be held on a Saturday in June 2026.
Women, first generation college graduates, minorities, veterans, members of the LGBTQ+ communities, and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
