Directory and Non-Solicitation

A benefit of Professional membership is the option to be included in the MNDC website directory. Directory entries show name, company/organization (if any), up to 3 titles, up to 5 services, email, phone, website (if any), location served, and headshot.

In the next section, we invite you to indicate if you wish to be in the directory.

Included in the directory or not, Professional members abide by the Collaborative's policy of non-solicitation of fellow members: Members will not solicit fellow members nor share member information with non-members for the purpose of solicitation.

If you wish to be included in the directory, please read the Directory Agreement and check that you agree. To promote collaboration and an open exchange of information and to ensure confidence and privacy, the following Directory Agreement is required: "By clicking the box below, I am indicating that I understand and accept the following terms: 1) I understand that my listing on the website directory will be included only as long as I am an active professional member of MNDC (renew each year). 2) I have read and understand the MNDC Mission, Vision, and Values statements. 3) Inclusion of my information on the website directory does not constitute endorsement by MNDC or my training organization, if I have one. 4) I am fully responsible for my own contracts, promotion, and interaction with the public. 5) Non-solicitation of fellow members: I will not solicit fellow members nor share member information with non-members.”

If you wish to be included in the directory, you must submit a headshot. For best results, upload a square headshot photo of at least 800 pixels x 800 pixels.
Additional information about our members

The following information will be kept confidential, and it is optional for you to reply. We collect this information about our membership so that we can provide a description of our community when we apply for grants and such. It also helps us with marketing and with identifying areas of potential membership growth and program development.


We are an all-volunteer organization (no paid staff). Our board, called the "Steering Committee," manages our day-to-day activities. From time to time, we call upon our members to serve as volunteers, work on a committee, or consider serving on the board. Please check all that apply.
