Hunger Relief Efforts

Last year, we donated over 35,000 pounds of produce, worth about $75,000 (retail value) to families and individuals in need.Our hunger relief efforts provide fresh produce to food pantries, shelters, nutrition and cooking education programs, and food access programs.

Help us sustain these hunger relief initiatives through our "Giving Garden” campaign. Your support will help us make sure the food is getting to those who need it most. All donations make a difference. Your donation may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

How much would you like to donate to our Giving Garden?

$1,600 - An entire season of vegetables for St. Julia's food pantry in Weston

$1,000 - Four weeks of healthy salads at lunch for 30 people at the Waltham Community Day Shelter (adult homeless shelter).

$500 - One weekly donation to Rosie's Place (a food pantry for homeless women and their children in Boston) during mid-summer.

$250 - One weekly pickup by Lovin' Spoonfuls, which donates to those in need throughout the Boston metro area.

$100 - Fresh early season greens for the Bristol Lodge (family homeless shelter).

$30 - One week of vegetables and flowers for a low income Weston Senior couple.
