Intermediate Training: Saturdays January 6th - February 17th Copy

Welcome to Intermediate Training! This 7 week class is taught by Kristen Brown, a Victoria Stilwell Academy Certified Dog Trainer (VSA-CDT) and the Behavior & Training Manager at the Lynchburg Humane Society. This course expands on the previously established basic manners with positive reinforcement focused methods, strengthens communication between owners and their dogs, and builds on the foundation for more advanced skills! Starting January 6th, 2024 and ending February 17th, 2024, we will meet every Saturday from 12:15pm-1:00pm. We look forward to getting started!

*Please note:* Previous completion of a basic obedience class or the ability to perform foundational cues are required to sign up for Intermediate training.

The Lynchburg Humane Society, Inc. makes no claims or representations regarding the temperament, disposition or health of any animal. I release The Lynchburg Humane Society, Inc. and its agents from any and all injuries and property damage, by any pet.

The LHS has limited information about the medical history and illness exposure of any animal. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the LHS from and against all liability for any medical exposure to my personal pet(s).

I hereby release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the LHS and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents, and their successors and assigns, from any and all claims, causes of action and demands of any nature, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with my activities and interactions with any pets and through participation in the training classes.

I give permission for the Lynchburg Humane Society to use photos of the dog & persons attending for Lynchburg Humane Society marketing and other materials.
