Fall Down 7 Times Get Up 8

Join us Tuesday, December 12th at 6:00 p.m. for our book club. Courtesy of our friends at the El Paso Community Foundation and the Edith Zanker Fund, each participant will receive at no cost a copy of the book Fall Down 7 Times Get Up 8 by Naoki Higashida prior to that date so you will be ready to discuss it.

Naoki was only thirteen when he wrote The Reason I Jump, a revelatory account of autism from the inside by a nonverbal Japanese child, which became an international success. Now, in Fall Down 7 Times Get Up 8, he shares his thoughts and experiences as a young man living each day with severe autism.
