RBW23

2023 Rainbow Ball Weekend

Adult Participant Information Form

If you require a paper form, please email program@outmaine.org and we can mail or email one to you.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

For the health and safety of our community, we require all staff, faculty, and program participants to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Full vaccination means at least fourteen days need to have passed between the final dose of any of the currently approved vaccines and their arrival to camp. All program participants and staff will be required to wear face coverings and comply with social distancing guidelines, if necessary.

We also strongly encourage participants to take an at-home COVID-19 test the night before, or morning of the event. If a participant shows any symptoms at the event, they will be given a rapid test. If they test positive they will need to leave as soon as possible. Taking a test beforehand can help prevent this scenario.

If you are not able to mask and/or receive a vaccination for health reasons, please email program@outmaine.org
