4/15/2023 Native Garden Workday
April 15th, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
We are getting ready for springtime at the native gardens around Long Tabby. Help us weed and plant new flowers in our native garden!
We recommend that you bring lunch, sun & bug protection, and a refillable water bottle. Water refill station will be available. Lunch break will be held at Nanny Goat Beach with an optional beach cleanup opportunity after lunch, weather permitting.
Important: The Sapelo Island Ferry leaves from the dock at the Sapelo Island Visitor Center in Darien, GA at 9:00 AM.
Volunteers are recommended to arrive at the Visitor center 20-30 minutes early
, as construction at the dock has closed nearby parking. Overflow lot parking requires a 5-10 minute walk to the loading dock.
