VENDOR REGISTRATION

Lake County PrideFest is one of the most highly anticipated events of the summer in Lake County, drawing thousands.

This annual outdoor festival will feature great local music and performances on two stages, tasty food trucks, craft brews. Visit the multitude of vendors, artisans and exhibitors and even try your hand at drag bingo!

Join us in celebrating LGBTQ+ life and culture & show your support for Lake County’s LGBTQ+ community.

Vendor Exhibitor

You will be charged a $15.00 application fee today.

An invoice for the balance of the fees will be sent to you and payment MUST be received by May 10, 2024 to ensure your place at the event. A late application fee of $50 will be assessed if your registration request is received AFTER May 10, 2024.

If the Festival cannot accept your registration for any reason, your $15 application fee will be refunded. Refunds will not be issued for any other reason.

Notes and restrictions:

Vendor attendance is expected for the entire event.
No utilities, including electric, gas or water, will be provided.
Prepackaged food items may be sold.
No beverages may be sold at any time.

Exhibition Space Options

10x10 and 10x20 spaces will be selected by and at the discretion of event staff. 10x20 premium space ensures maximum visibility.

$100 - 10x10 Space - Local Handcraft / Artisans ONLY

$250 - 10x10 Space

$350 - 10x10 Premium Space (end cap or stand-alone space on major traffic route)

$450 - 10x20 Space

$650 - 10x20 Premium Space (end cap or stand-alone space on major traffic route)

Artisan / Handcrafted Registration

**** NOTICE ****

All art must be handcrafted, no exceptions!
"Handcrafted," means it was made entirely by hand or with the use of simple tools (e.g., knife, needle, paintbrush, cricut.), Hence, there was no mass-production machine involvement in the creation of the goods otherwise you are considered a "Merchant".

A limited number of these reduced fee applications will be accepted. If your entry is not accepted, you will have the option of having your $15 application fee refunded, less any processing fees (approximately $3.00).

Notes and restrictions:

No food or beverages of any kind may be sold at any time.

Fee Assistance Program

The LGBTQ+ Center Lake County is committed to ensuring equity in traditionally underserved communities. Fee assistance can only be applied to 10x10 exhibition spaces and may not be applied to tent, table or chair rentals.

If you are in need of assistance in paying for your exhibition fee(s) please check here and event staff will reach out to you.

If you are willing to help assist others by adding 10% of your booth fee to the Fee Assistance Program, please check here.

Tent Rental

We strongly encourage vendors to bring their own tent. Tents are available cheaply from Amazon or other merchants for less than $100. Tent rental fees include setup and teardown of the tent at the site.
