Calling all curious children ages 5-10 years old! Please join Naturalist Andrea Higgins for an introduction to the wonderful world of wildlife tracking. Explore the great outdoors while hiking the trails of Sand Pond Woodlands and searching for animal signs. Along the way, we will learn to identify native flora and fauna species, create a nature journal, and practice wilderness awareness.
Each participant is encouraged to bring a backpack with water, snacks, insect repellent, a journal, and a pencil.
Each student must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
Andrea is a Teacher Naturalist with more than 20 years of experience leading outdoor adventures.
