Vendor Consideration Application

All applications will be reviewed to ensure that the quality of products and services offered align with the SVWFC mission.  Applications will be reviewed within 15 business days of submission.  Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be sent a payment form to finalize your registration and attendance. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance into the Experience Park.

The Experience Park takes place at an outdoor venue, Ketchum Forrest Service Park located at 131 River St E, Ketchum, ID 83340.

Experience Park Dates

Thursday, 20 August: Set up, time TBD

Friday, 21 August: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm

Saturday, 22 August: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm

Sunday, 23 August: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Sunday, 23 August: Break down 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm (Exhibitor must vacate booth by 9:00 pm)

Definition of booths:

Exhibit Hall: Selling Product  $600 Per Booth space   $1100 double space

Hands-On Hall: Providing service, not selling a product  $500 Per Booth space $900 double space
