Please Note: Only animals that are at least 3 months old are eligible for the rabies vaccine. It is up to you to determine if your pet is eligible. There are no refunds or reschedules available to clients who purchase the vaccine for pets who are ineligible to receive it.

The Humane Society of Harlingen will be hosting a low-cost community clinic for dogs and cats on Saturday, May 29th beginning at 10 AM with a hard stop at 1 PM. We will cease all vaccinations and medication distribution at 1 PM as that is when the veterinarian leaves the shelter. We recommend getting in line no later than 11 AM to ensure that you are seen before 1 PM. The earlier the better! You must pre-register and pre-pay online for this clinic. Pre-registration is limited to 300 dogs and 100 cats. Following pre-registration, you will be given a unique confirmation code. Please write down or take a photo of this code, as it is your proof of purchase. During this clinic, HSH will be providing discounted vaccinations for Canine Rabies, Distemper/Parvo and Bordetella, Feline Rabies and Feline 1-HCP. HSH will also be selling canine and feline dewormer, Nexgard Canine Flea & Tick Prevention, TriHeart Canine Heartworm Prevention, and Revolution Feline Flea & Tick Prevention. Dogs and Cats MUST BE present in order for medications to be distributed. Medications will not be distributed if the animal described in the registration form is not present. HSH is only able to sell medications that are weight appropriate for the pet that you describe in this registration. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide to us is accurate. We are unable to provide medications that are not weight appropriate based on the information you provide in this registration (ex. a larger Nexgard pill to split between two animals). There are no exceptions to this rule. If your pets weight at the time of pick up does not visibly resemble the information provided in this form, HSH will be unable to distribute any medication and your purchase will be considered a donation to the shelter. There are no refunds, exchanges, or reschedules available to those who do not complete this form with accurate information. All dogs must be wearing a leash (regardless of size) and held in the inside portion of the car. All cats must be in individual carriers (1 cat per carrier) regardless of size and held in the inside portion of the car. We are unable to assist clients whose pets are held outside of the car (for example, in the bed of a truck). This will be a drive-thru clinic with the entrance on the 77 Sunshine Strip side of the building. To get in line, please enter Markowsky Avenue from 77 Sunshine Strip and follow the line through to the building. Clients with cats will be directed to one area, and clients with dogs to another. Clients only purchasing medication will be required to drive thru as usual and will be distributed their medications at a separate station. If you are a multi-species household (dogs and cats) we recommend bringing dogs in 1 car and cats in another car, if possible. Additionally, to protect the health and safety of our staff and the community, we require that anyone coming to the clinic wear a mask covering their nose and mouth. The Humane Society of Harlingen is not able to offer refunds, reschedules, or exchanges of any kind, for any reason.
