You Can Sustain the Future!

YWCA Cortland has been serving the changing needs of our community since 1914. With your dedicated support, together we’ll continue working to improve the lives of girls and women for generations to come.

Planned giving helps fuel YWCA Cortland’s mission to eliminate racism and empower women. A gift in your will, or a legacy gift made now, will create a foundation for the future. Our work today is important, but it is equally, if not more important, to ensure that YWCA Cortland’s work can continue well into tomorrow and beyond.

To let us know you’ve included YWCA Cortland in your estate plans, or you intend to make a legacy gift now to sustain our endowment or a YWCA program, fill out the form below and you become a member of the 1914 Legacy Society!

Legacy Society Recognition Information
We plan to recognize members of the 1914 Legacy Society in our communication platforms such as our website, annual report, monthly email newsletter, event programs, etc. If you prefer to remain anonymous publicly, just let us know and we will honor your wishes. Please note we will never publish details on your intended legacy gift without your permission.

If you indicated we can list you as a member of the 1914 Legacy Society, please let us know how you prefer to be recognized publicly. You can share your first and last name, including nicknames, or initials for either or both. (Elizabeth Smith or Liz Smith, E. Smith or L. Smith, Elizabeth S. or Liz S., or E. S. or L. S.)
If you'd like to share your story to inspire others to join you in sustaining the future of YWCA Cortland and it's work to improve the lives of girls and women for generations to come, please let us know and we'll be in contact to schedule time to talk.
If you'd like to share details of your estate plan, or your intentions to make a legacy gift now to sustain our endowment or one of our programs, let us know. This is entirely voluntary and not a requirement of becoming a member of the 1914 Legacy Society. However, letting us know now allows us to confirm the intentions of your sustaining gift and recognize it during your life.

This form is a non-binding agreement and solely serves the purpose of informing us of your wish at this time to make or leave a legacy gift now or in the future. We fully understand that your estate plans may change without notice and that bequests are revocable.
