Only people who reside in Snohomish county are elligible for Habitat Snohomish's repair program. Please visit the Habitat for Humanity affiliate in your region and see if they offer a repair program for which you are elligible. Applicants must live in and own their homes to qualify for our repair program. Sponsors can fill out an application on behalf of an applicant, so long as the applicant owns and resides in the dwelling.

Current homeowner's insurance is required to be elligible for our repair program.

Our repair program only services those who make 60% of less of the area median income for their household size. The chart on this webpage shows 60% of the area median income for a variety of household sizes.
