D&D Campaign Pre Registration

This form is to help Talespinner determine what time works best for guardians and participants for this twevle week program set to begin at the begining of April, and to see if more than one time slot is needed. The program will run for an hour and fifteen minutes every Saturday unless otherwise comminicated.

A seperate form will be sent out for payment ($200 per child) and allow guardian's to pick their final time slot.
