A Contemplative Path

to Health & Well-being

Immersion Program

February 9 - April 7, 2018

Pasadena, California

Orange Bridge Small

Contemplation is ancient medicine for what ails us. Join us in discovering the power of taking a loving look at your health challenges and finding your own unigue path toward well-being. Our five main principles guide you in recovering the inherent goodness and wisdom of your own body. As you learn to listen to and trust your body wisdom, you will find your own rhythms of how to be alive and well amidst the many changes and challenges of the female life-cycle.
