Writing is a solo sport. It’s you, a laptop, and a lot of lonely hours. But those of us who are hardwired for storytelling also need community. In this generative workshop, we’ll lean into both introversion and extroversion. Each week, we’ll read, write, and connect, and use poetic prompts to springboard into our own writing. This is not a workshop, but rather a generative and supportive writing community. When we share work, we’ll look for what glimmers and shines; we will not prescribe or critique. Expect to leave this series with newly drafted pages every week and maybe even a few new literary friends. Also, pie.
