Pie Raffle 2024 Sponsorship

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our largest event of the year!

We're thrilled to welcome the community to our 9th annual Pie Raffle in September 2024! Attendees try to win a wide range of pies and baked goods made by restaurants and bakeries from across Western New York, all while enjoying an evening of food, lawn games, and more.

Your sponsorship directly supports our mission and helps us provide resources for more than 100 school and community gardens in Buffalo and Niagara Falls.

Sponsorship Options

All sponsorships include your organization's logo/name recognized on the event presentation board, logo/name recognition on table tents throughout the event seating area, a shout-out on social media, and recognition during the event program. Sponsorships also include admission and raffle tickets to the event. (Please note: the admission/raffle ticket portion of your sponsorship is not tax-deductible.)

Sponsorship Amount

$2,500 - Receive 10 admission tickets, 10 raffle tickets per attendee, and all benefits listed above. Additionally, receive recognition and involvement opportunities during the event program, recognition on promotional materials (where allowed), and your logo placed alongside our raffle tables.

$1,000 - Receive 6 admission tickets, 5 raffle tickets per attendee, and your logo on all benefits listed at the top of this section. Additionally, your logo will be placed alongside our raffle tables.

$500 - Receive 4 admission tickets, 5 raffle tickets per attendee, and your name in bold on all benefits listed at the top of this section.

$250 - Receive 2 admission tickets, 5 raffle tickets per attendee, and your name on all benefits listed at the top of this section.

Partnership Options

Our organization can provide additional non-financial (food, in-kind, printing, media) support for this event.

We would like to take a tour of local gardens.
