I understand that photographs and/or digital images taken of me by Hallockville Museum Farm may be used for the organization's promotional and educational materials. These materials might include printed or electronic publications, websites, social media platforms, or other electronic communications. All negatives, prints, and digital reproductions shall be the property of Hallockville Museum Farm.

I, the undersigned, am aware of my own health and physical condition and have knowledge that my participation is voluntary. Having such knowledge, I hereby release any representatives, agents, and successors from liability for accidental injury or illness that may occur as a result of participation in the activities of Hallockville's Annual Country Fair. I hereby assume all risks therewith and consent to participation.
