About the Speaker: Sigal Kanotopsky, born in rural Ethiopia and raised in Israel, now serves as the Northeast Regional Director for The Jewish Agency for Israel in Philadelphia. She oversees Israeli emissaries, earned recognition as one of the 50 Most Influential Jews of 2022 by Jpost, and is a notable leader in social change. Sigal holds a B.A. in International Relations from the Hebrew University and an M.A. in Dispute Resolution and Management from Tel Aviv University.
