Our activities are designed as a community of practice, providing a safe and fun environment in which to create theater, music and art together. While our activities are therapeutic by their very nature, we are not a substitute for mental health care; we are an added support that helps by building community, providing joy, reducing isolation and helping you find something meaningful that you enjoy doing.
