Narrative

In 300 words or less, describe the proposed arts education program and explain how your class or school-sponsored club will benefit from the project. This is your opportunity to present your program and convince the review panel of the importance and desirability of the program. Include details like: What type of art will be taught and by whom? Why should HRAC fund the program/project? How many children will benefit and what are their ages/grade(s)? What are the goals and purposes of the project or program, and will it have an impact outside of the classroom?
