CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS: All purchases are final. Buyer may transfer Oyster Roast ticket(s) to another attendee. No refunds will be given for cancellation by the Buyer. If LVHS is able to re-sell a cancelled ticket, we may offer a partial refund, minus processing fees, at our discretion. Event takes place outdoors in the open. There is no rain date or location. In the event of extreme weather conditions, buyers will be contacted with further information.
DO's and DONT's: No pets, no smoking, no outside beverages, and no take-out containers permitted. Attendees should bring their own shucking knife/glove and are welcome to bring favorite condiments. Oysters are served at communal standing-height tables. Attendees are encouraged to bring folding chairs for eating and relaxing in other areas of the event grounds. Please contact us if you have specific accessibility concerns.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: When you get to the end of all the questions on this page, click on Enter Payment Information (green button). On the next screen, review your order summary then click on Paypal Checkout (orange button) at the bottom. You will not need a Paypal account.
